HOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS ARE HELD ON THE 3RD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH AT THE REC CENTER AT 7PM
Trash Pick-Up
Trash pick-up is a service that is included in your quarterly assessments. As a homeowner, you do not need to contract for an outside service and pay extra money. Our community trash pick-up day is Friday. Therefore; trash receptacles should not be put out until Thursday evening or Friday morning (preferred). In the event a major Holiday occurs during the week, trash pick-up will be on Saturday. Also keep in mind that if a heavy snow has occurred, our trash pick-up may be delayed. If you have specific questions, or would like to know if trash pick-up will be delayed, please contact Knott's Waste Services at 888-555-8887.
Community Garage Sale
Any homeowner wishing to step up and volunteer to chair a garage sale committee would be welcomed. It's not too early to get started. Anyone interested in volunteering should simply click on the “Contact Us ” link. |
