My name is Steffen Kaufman, I am an active real estate professional in the Denver Metro area. I have a degree in Real Estate & Business from the University of Colorado / Boulder.  After being involved in hundreds of real estate transactions over the last 12 years it became clear to me that there was a lack of a good list of service vendors at my fingertips. As we all know, it is critical for real estate brokers to assist with repair or inspection items during a transaction to ensure a successful close. Often a simple repair can be the difference between a deal staying together or falling apart.

QualifiedList.com has been created to help the entire real estate community have full access to a listing of pre-screened service professionals!

All candidates will be screened to ensure that they are licensed, insured and/or bonded where applicable, are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and/or pass a criminal background check.
