This Privacy Policy applies to Qualified Real Estate Services, Inc. ("QRES") and its website at qualifiedrealestateservices.com (with a link to such website from qualifiedlist.com) and any other website and URLS controlled by or operated by QRES (collectively, the "Website").

By using the Website in any way, you expressly agree to and accept this Privacy Policy in its entirety without any modification whatsoever. Even if you have read and approved a prior version, you agree to the version that is effective as of the date you use the website.

In our discretion, we may post on the Website any information you submit to us regarding your experience with any of the members of our Qualified Real Estate Services Referral List (each a "Member"), such as complaints or any general feedback. We will also provide your contact information and a copy of the complaint to the Member against whom you have filed the complaint. This information will provide valuable feedback to the Member and will be helpful in attempting to resolve the dispute with the Member. QRES has a policy of removing Members who have excessive complaints (as determined by QRES).

QRES will not pay you for any submissions you make to the Website. QRES shall determine in its discretion what information will be posted on the Website.

In the event of a merger or an acquisition of all or part of QRES by another company, your information may be disclosed to such acquirer and may become the property of such acquirer.
